Made for Sheridan’s by Janet Drew in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. Sheridan’s wanted to put something in a jar which actually tasted the same as what we make at home, and this was the result, Sheridan’s Onion Marmalade - 200g. Simply made, with good honest white onions, not too jammy, not too runny, in fact it’s just right!
